Funfetti cake is a delightful and whimsical dessert that brings a burst of joy to any celebration. At its core, it is a classic vanilla cake infused with rainbow-colored sprinkles scattered throughout the batter. As the cake bakes, these colorful confetti-like specks create a playful and festive appearance, giving the cake its name. Made with a blend of sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, and tapioca flour.
Sprinkles are certified Dairy Free, Egg-Free, Fish-Free, Gluten-Free, Kosher, Peanut Free, Shellfish-Free, Soy Free, Tree Nut Free, and Vegan.
