Confetti cake is a delightful and whimsical dessert that brings a burst of joy to any celebration. At its core, it is a classic Gluten Friendly vanilla cake infused with rainbow-colored sprinkles scattered throughout the batter. As the cake bakes, these colorful confetti-like specks create a playful and festive appearance, giving the cake its name. Made with a blend of sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, and tapioca flour.
