This cake is a celebration of wholesome ingredients, with a delightful blend of grated carrots, golden raisins, spices, a rich cream cheese frosting filling, and hugged in vanilla buttercream. Topped with pecans! Made with a blend of sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, and tapioca flour.
